1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rentizio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Rentizio is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered customer service automation for vehicle rental businesses. The Service includes:
- AI chatbot integration with WhatsApp and Telegram
- Booking and fleet management tools
- Customer communication management
- Analytics and reporting features
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Billing and Payment
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model based on AI token usage. You will be billed monthly for your usage. Prices are as follows:
- Input tokens: $0.80 per 1 million tokens
- Output tokens: $2.00 per 1 million tokens
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy below.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Rentizio and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentizio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account information: name, email address, business name
- Business data: vehicle inventory, pricing, booking information
- Customer data: messages and interactions processed through the Service
- Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider
We automatically collect:
- Usage data and analytics
- Device and browser information
- IP addresses and location data
- Cookies and similar technologies
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Process AI conversations on your behalf
- Send service-related communications
- Calculate and process billing
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Processing for AI
Customer messages are processed by AI language models to generate responses. We do not use your customer conversations to train AI models. Conversations are processed in real-time and may be retained for service improvement and debugging purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: who help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, AI providers)
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect rights
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure data centers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

3. Refund Policy
Pay-as-you-go Model
Rentizio operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model where you are billed only for actual AI token usage. Because charges reflect services already rendered, our refund policy is as follows:
Eligible Refunds
We will provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors: If you were charged due to a system error or bug on our part
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same usage
- Service outage: If extended downtime (more than 24 hours) significantly impacted your business
- Billing disputes: If you believe your usage was incorrectly calculated
Non-Refundable Charges
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Normal usage charges for AI processing
- Charges incurred before account cancellation
- Usage from unauthorized account access (if proper security wasn't maintained)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and the specific charges in question
- Provide any relevant details about the issue
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. For large refunds or complex cases, processing may take longer.
Account Credits
In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of refunds. Credits can be applied to future usage and do not expire while your account is active.
Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will be billed for any outstanding usage
- Your access to the Service will end immediately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
